At Knife and Fauk, we take great pride in crafting unforgettable culinary experiences, and our recent collaboration with RAPP for their Corporate Launch was no exception. This event was a perfect blend of sophistication and flavor, capturing the essence of what we strive to deliver in every gathering we manage.

Our Passed Hor D’Oeuvres stole the spotlight, showcasing a tantalizing array of tastes that left guests craving more. The Pepper Bacon Asparagus Rolls were a symphony of savory notes wrapped in delightful crispness, while the charming Spinach & Feta Spanakopita Tarts offered a flaky, melt-in-your-mouth indulgence. For those seeking a touch of the sea, our Charred Gulf Shrimp Skewers presented a burst of freshness, perfectly complemented by the zesty marinade. The Spiced Beef Meatballs provided a hearty option, each bite delivering a rich and aromatic experience. Meanwhile, the Jerk Honey Glazed Chicken Skewers brought an exciting twist with their sweet and spicy glaze, infusing the event with an irresistible Caribbean flair.

In addition to the passed delights, we set up visually stunning displays that served not only as a feast for the palate but also for the eyes. Our Signature Field Greens Salad offered a refreshing mix of textures and colors, while the Mediterranean Pasta Salad brought forth a vibrant medley of flavors that perfectly echoed the essence of summer. The Mediterranean Mezze display was a celebration of artisanal craftsmanship, filled with a variety of dips and fresh accompaniments that invited guests to explore. Our Charcuterie & Antipasti boards were a showstopper, artfully arranged with gourmet cheeses, cured meats, and seasonal accompaniments that encouraged sharing and conversation.

For those with a taste for mini indulgences, our Gourmet Grass Fed Beef and PLT Sliders were a crowd favorite, each slider bursting with flavor and served alongside a Pasta Bar that provided a delightful DIY experience for guests to create their perfect pasta dish.

No event is complete without dessert, and our Dessert Charcuterie was the perfect finale to a magnificent evening. An array of sweet bites crafted to satisfy every craving, it was designed to be enjoyed at leisure, encouraging guests to unwind and savor the moment.
